As with many parents, when children enter the equation, you start to assess work/life balance. For me, I was determined to find a solution that I could have both a rewarding professional presence, while being available for my family.

It was a calculated risk to leave corporate life and start the marketing/PR consulting business, but there was never a question that it wouldn't work. With technology and top talent needs, I seized the opportunity to create Nifares Group.

Nifares has celebrated 5 years of business - including 4 moves in 4 states, 2 children, and a recession, all the while maintain long term clients and sustainability. And all the while, remaining in the suburbs!
